舒華體育,國內領先的健身器材及運動健康解決方案提供商,創立于1996年,2020年在上海證券交易所主板上市(股票代碼:605299.SH)。在全國布局了四大生產基地、兩大運營中心(上海、泉州),總規模達45萬平方米;建立了近千家線上線下銷售和服務一體化渠道,全球業務涉及歐美、中東、東南亞等60多個國家和地區。2017年,舒華被國家體育總局評為“國家體育產業示范單位”;2017至2018年,在“中國輕工業健身器材行業十強企業”年度評價中,舒華連續兩年位列行業第一位。
Shuhua Sports, a leading provider of fitness equipment and health solutions in China, was founded in 1996. It Listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2020 (stock code: 605299.SH).It has four production bases and two operation centers (Shanghai and Quanzhou) in China, with a total scale of 450,000 square meters. It has established nearly a thousand online and offline sales and service integration channels, and its global business covers more than 60 countries and regions, including Europe and the United States, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. In 2017, Shuhua was named "National Sports Industry Model Unit" by the General Administration of Sport of China. In 2017-2018, in the "China's Light Industry Fitness equipment industry top ten enterprises" annual evaluation, Shuhua has been ranked first in the industry for two consecutive years.
舒華堅持“產品智能化,運動娛樂化、科學化”的發展思路,與上海體育學院、北京體育大學、成都體育學院、鄭州大學體育學院、中國體育科學學會運動醫學分會CASM、美國運動醫學學會ACSM等國內外權威機構及專家進行合作,共同致力于運動科學和產品研究。產品涵蓋家庭健身、商用健身、全民健身、體能訓練、老年健身、校園體育等解決方案的產品和培訓服務、商業空間道具等領域。目前舒華取得國家專利技術180項,并主導、參與20多項國家及行業標準制定。
Shuhua adhere to the "intelligent products, sports entertainment, and scientific" development train of thought, Shuhua has been cooperating with Shanghai sports institute, Beijing sports university, Chengdu sports institute, Zhengzhou university sports institute, sports medicine branch of China sports science institute CASM, American society for sports medicine ACSM authorities and experts at home and abroad in co-developing sports science and products research.
The products cover home fitness, commercial fitness, national fitness, physical training, fitness for the elderly, campus sports and other solutions products and training services, commercial space props and other fields.
At present, Shuhua has obtained 180 national patent technologies, and led and participated in more than 20 national and industry standards.

For a long time, Shuhua is committed to promoting the development of national fitness cause and the realization of the dream of sports power.
From 2013 to 2016, Shuhua has been the only designated fitness equipment and massage equipment supplier by the Chinese Olympic Committee for four consecutive years.
Since 2014, Shuhua products have entered the China House of Sochi Winter Olympic Games, Rio Olympic Games and Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games for three times, providing professional fitness training equipment for Chinese sports delegations.
From 2020 to 2022, Shuhua will be the only designated fitness equipment sponsor of the Winter Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China for three consecutive years, providing professional physical training solutions and equipment for Chinese winter Olympic athletes, helping them compete in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and boosting the development of Snow and ice sports in China.
From 2015 to 2018, Shuhua became the strategic partner of China Bodybuilding Association.
In 2017, Shuhua Fitness equipment became the designated product of the BRICS Xiamen Summit.
In 2018, Shuhua signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the International Middle School Sports Federation to jointly promote the development of youth sports.
自創辦以來,舒華積極履行企業社會責任,推廣科學運動理念。多年來,舒華向中國紅十字基金會、中華全國體育基金會等慈善機構,捐贈總計超2000萬元資金及健身器材物資,并參與開展“公益健康跑”、“奧運健兒公益服務大行動”等公益活動,為多所學校捐贈體育器材,用于學?;A設施建設,助力青少年健康成長。
Since its inception, Shuhua actively fulfill corporate social responsibility, promote the concept of scientific movement.
Over the years, Shuhua donated more than 20 million Yuan of funds and fitness equipment goods and materials to the Chinese Red Cross foundation, the All-China sports foundation, and participated in the "public health run", "Olympic athletes public service act" and other public welfare activities, donated sports equipment for many schools, used for school infrastructure, helped the healthy growth of teenagers.

強勢出擊北京體博會,新一代國標多功能智能跑步機全新亮相,倡導“健康·意在未來”時尚健身理念;舒華被推選為中國文教協會健身器材專業委員會新一屆協會副主任;2010年,舒華按摩椅成為亞運“中國之家”選定健身器材;同年5月,舒華榮獲“中國體育用品二十強”。

公司斥巨資簽約國際巨星——陳道明先生作為舒華·歐塔庫按摩椅產品形象代言人。2011年舒華成為首批室外健身器材新國標獲證企業之一;同年,“舒華杯”元旦千人健康跑開跑,500萬元員工慈善基金同日成立。為推進災區校園日常健身活動的開展,發展青少年體質健康教育,2011年舒華攜手中國紅十字基金會,一次性向災區學校捐贈舒華智能跑步機80臺,受到了業界一致好評!

舒華與中國奧委會達成戰略合作關系,成為2013--2016中國奧委會供應商。同年,舒華攜手北京體育大學建立跑步研究中心。公司于2013年在福建省建立首個國家級全民健身示范基地以及企業總部;舒華被評選為國家工商管理總局公示的2010-2011年度守合同重信用企業,成為中國質量檢驗協會團體會員單位。入選中國輕工業聯合會發布的“2012年度中國輕工業百強企業”榜單,河南舒華實業有限公司投資投產,進一步擴大生產規模。冠名贊助“誰是球王”中國民間羽毛球爭霸賽泉州賽區海選賽,提升品牌知名度。
Cooperation with Chinese Olympic Committee, SHUHUA became COC official supplier during 2013-2016. Additionally, SHUHUA established Running Search Center with Beijing Sport University. SHUHUA set up first model base of national fitness in Fujian province. Honored “Enterprise of abided by contract, placed importance on credit” by SAIC during 2010-2011, and member of China Quality Inspection Association. 2014年舒華健身器材入駐索契冬奧會“中國之家”,成為運動員日常訓練的專用產品,由此拉開舒華奧運營銷的序幕。
